“Thank you…CCSD has made me a better all-around rider. My descending has definitely improved, and I feel like I am going to have a good season because of your camp.”

—Greg, Seattle, WA

“Your camp is just what I’ve been looking for in San Diego for years.”

“Overall the camp was great and even better than last year! The van support and the guest appearances of pro athletes will put this training camp on the radar of many cyclists for next year’s training plans.”

—Mel, Dumont, NJ

“The rider leaders were exceptional—really the strength of the camp, in my opinion. You’ve all created a great atmosphere for everyone at camp.”

—Wayne, Clinton, NY

“I was delighted with Cycling Camp San Diego—one of the best of many camps that I have attended over the years. I wanted base miles, and that’s exactly what I got. The support was great, and the rides were well planned. The overall temper and attitude of the rides was very supportive. The rides were the right intensity and duration, and the mix and variety were very good.”

—Bob, New York, NY

“You put on a great camp. As soon as I can check my schedule, I will be booking February’s camp. Josh and I are both exhausted, but really happy we came down. Again, it was a great camp, and I learned a lot about myself and met some great people.”

—Daryl, Seattle, WA

“Your camp is just what I’ve been looking for in San Diego for years.”

—Joe, Highland Park, IL

“I thought the camp attracted independent, yet experienced types of riders. I really liked the personalities of all the leaders. While all of you are accomplished athletes, none of you carried the obnoxious egos that can be found in bike racing. You all maintained good cheer! All of you worked together and as a team…nice job! Thanks for putting the week together and making my getting some miles in affordable and enjoyable!”

—Marni, Washington, DC

“The staff went ‘over the top’ to help us out and make it work for riders of varying abilities.”

—Doug, San Diego, CA

“Great camp. Look forward to it next year with team members.”

—Bob, Golden, CO

“The leaders helped me learn how to ride smarter. I just enjoyed the relaxed approach the leaders brought to the camp.”

—Drew, Indianapolis, IN

“A big thanks to Jeff, Joe, and Manny (at BRC bicycle shop). Great to have a shop supporting the camp. Pretty cool to be able to have a beer with the local shop guys. Really helps out-of-town guys to know a place to go where they know road bikes, and can look after any problems or equipment needs.”

—John, Victoria, British Columbia

“The sag support, especially on days with wide temperature/weather variations, made it easy to stay warm and dry. Sag reduces the stress, allowing riders to focus on the training.”

I learned more in a couple of days from your talks than all the other stuff I had tried in the last year including another camp.

–Tom Dell, East China, MI

I just returned from a six day advanced ride in the Apennines in Italy.  The excellent coaching on pacing, breathing, nutrition and downhill riding made the trip most enjoyable and safe.  This 2 1/2 day camp is a must for any serious rider who wants to get more out of their riding experiences.

–Charlie, Sacramento, CA

Thank you for the great camp.  You confirmed a lot of things I already knew, taught me knew things, and more importantly, explained things I knew but didn’t understand (so I didn’t do it) like having to force yourself to eat enough while riding.  That alone has made a world of difference how I feel towards the end of a ride, especially if there is a long steep climb.

–Kerry, Palo Alto, CA

This was an excellent week.  I appreciate all the work that you go through and the support of Bobby, Jeff and others.  It makes for a great week of riding.

–Tom, Ohio

Cindy and I had a great time at camp. Lots of great base miles, which is what we needed.

--Taylor, New York

Fantastic camp. My fitness is at a peak (or perhaps in a few days).  I did the SDBC ride on Saturday and felt quite comfortable, including on the Stud Loop (I usually get selected out on that option). Thanks for everything.  I look forward to my next camp with you.

–Rob, San Diego, CA

Thanks again for a huge, huge training boost!!!!!!!!!!!!

–Larry, New Jersey

The camp lived up to all of my expectations and I had a blast. I’m already thinking about next year’s camp.

–Chris, Seattle
