Jo holds the position of CCSD Director of Operations and Finance. She is a USA certified cycling coach and specializes in endurance events. Previously a rower in London, England, she has won 2 National gold medals and has twice won Henley Women’s Regatta. Jo started completing endurance cycling events when she retired from competitive rowing, starting with one day century rides and then moving to multi-day events across Europe and the USA.

In 2010, Jo created “Think Pink Cycling Challenges,” a 3 part cycling challenge which consisted of: riding all 8 stages of the Tour of California; riding across the USA; and then completing the Cent Cols Challenge (a 1,300 mile, 10 day, 135,000 ft ascent ride through the French Alps).

Jo has also completed various Gran Fondo and cyclosportive events around Europe and the USA including: riding the entire length of the Blue Ridge Parkway; the Etape du Tour; and the Gran Fondo Novi Colli. She is also a member of the Club des Cinglès du Mont-Ventoux (literally translates are the ‘Club of the Crazies’): a closed club which is only open to those who have climbed Mont Ventoux (the ‘Giant of Provence’) by all three routes in the same day.

In her previous life, Jo was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers working in Corporate Finance. During her Tour of California challenge, Jo was supported by CCSD and was so impressed with the company that after completing Think Pink Cycling Challenges, she swapped her corporate city life in London for a new challenge working with CCSD.
