Introducing the Pedimar Half Marathon, a challenging 13.3 mile running event from Cole Grade Road to the top of Palomar Mountain via Nate Harrison Grade Road. This event is a spectacular way to discover Mount Palomar on an almost traffic free route through the citrus groves and into the Mount Palomar State Park where you will finish at Mothers Kitchen for a hearty post run lunch before being transported by vehicle back to the start.
CCSD Sport Event will be providing first class support to runners throughout the event on this epic route which incorporates 4751 feet of elevation gain!
We are planning to launch this event in 2016 and will be inviting a select group of 10 - 15 runners to participate in a test event for free. Test participants will also receive a free entry into the official event in return for helping us with comments and suggestions following the test event.
